Pilot EDS (Dual Vessels)
The unit operates batchwise with two parallel kill tanks working in tandem with heat treatment that guarantees Fzero>25 sterilization. The unit volume is typically 1000-2000L based on user requirements. The robust control system is sequence driven. Includes industrial standard PLC and touch panel. Control system records process and alarm data. The Pilot EDS is designed for handling liquid biological waste received from multiple sources (eg. virus vaccine research or manufacturing facilities) for BioSafety level 1, 2 and 3.
